土航對近期前往伊斯坦布爾機票退改簽處理辦法

　　中國僑網(wǎng)6月29日電 據(jù)中國駐伊斯坦布爾總領(lǐng)事館消息，由于伊斯坦布爾機場發(fā)生恐怖襲擊事件，土耳其航空公司特此通知中國出發(fā)的機票的最新處理規(guī)則。

　　所有已在2016年6月28 日之前出票，并于2016年6月28日-7月5日期間，搭乘土耳其航空前往伊斯坦布爾或者經(jīng)由伊斯坦布爾轉(zhuǎn)機的客運機票，在2016年7月31日前都可免費換開，無需考慮原訂艙位。

　　1)更改航班日期/更改目的地

　　出行航班將可免費更改到2016年7月31之前的任何一個航班/航線。在同等服務(wù)艙的前提下，無需考慮原訂座艙位。

　　2)退票

　　a) 未使用機票：全退免退票費

　　b) 已使用機票：按照非自愿退票處理

　　3)延長機票的有效出發(fā)日期：

　　a) 無需考慮原訂艙位，機票的有效期可免費延至2016年7月31日及之前的任意一天。

　　b) 若中國出發(fā)航班需更改至2016年7月31日之后的航班，則根據(jù)原訂艙位運價規(guī)則來實施。

　　Due to the incident that has taken place at Ataturk International Airport on28 June 2016, passengers who have bookings on the flights from/to IstanbulAtaturk Airport between 28 Jun - 05 Jul 2016, provided that they submit theirrequest until 31 Jul 2016:

　　1) All rebooking and rerouting will be made without any charge。

　　2) Refund requests:

　　a) Unused tickets: Refund will be made without any charge; or

　　b) For partially used tickets, when planned trip is not complete; the remaining flights will be refunded without any charge。

　　3) Extension of ticket validity:

　　Validity of ticket can be extended until 31 Jul 2016 (included) without any fare difference or charge。
